  3. Wait for the issuing of the admission certificate, released by the department secretary.
  4. Access the SPLab informing the corresponding teacher to prepare your practical training.

Information for students

The students that work inside the SPLab for their thesis works have to follow the safety and behavior instructions that are exposed to the public, at the entrance of the laboratory.

Once you are admitted to SPLab, you can come to to the laboratory if you need to work to your experiment (preparation, data collection, etc.).

Do not use the laboratory space to study or if you only need to write on a PC. For these activities, use the library spaces.

The experimental rigs and the instruments of the SPLab must be reserved in advance before the use. You cannot reserve the same line for two consecutive days. However, if the apparatus is not in use in the morning, you can reserve it for the same day.

Remember that you are sharing the same working place with other people. Do not shout, keep the lab clean, do not leave unattended and unlabeled samples. We can suspend your access if you do not follow general rules.

You are requested to deposit all the documents, files, images, literature collection, etc. in electronic format inside our file server. The documents should be delivered before you graduate and should be well organized in clear folder structure.
